Is there a trial period?
The child on admission to the Centre will be given 2 2-week trial period. You can use the 2 weeks to assess if your child is adaptable to preschool experience.
What are the terms and condition for the trial period?
A pro-rated fee will be charged should the Parent withdraw the child from the Centre within the 2-week trial period. The deposit will be refunded if the child is withdrawn from the Centre within the 2-week trial period.
The pro-rated fee is calculated for the complete weeks (14 days) without subsidy regardless of the number of days the child stays at the Centre. Should the parent decide to withdraw the child after the trial period, parents are required to give a month’s notice of withdrawal in writing from the 1st of the following month.
What is the Preschool’s withdrawal and refund policy?
The one-month full fee collected as a deposit at the time of enrolment is refundable when the child is withdrawn from the Centre, provided a month’s notice is given by the parent.
The one-month notice must be effective from the 1st of the month to the end of the month. If the first of the month falls on a public holiday, the notice should be given before the last day of the proceeding month.
Failing to comply with this will result in the full deposit to be forfeited.
Example: If you decide to withdraw the child on the 30th of April, your notice must be given by the 1st of April. If the 1st of April is a public holiday, withdrawal notice must be given on the 31st of March.
Please note that Verbal Communication will not be accepted.

Can my family member or friend fetch my child from your preschool?
Parents and Guardians are required to sign in and out of the attendance log. If parents and guardians are unable to fetch their child from the Centre, they must make arrangements for the child to be fetched. In such events, the particulars of the authorised person(s) must be given (e.g. NRIC number and name).
Parents and guardians are advised to fetch their child from the Centre within the operating hours. A surcharge of S$6.00 will be imposed for every 5 minutes after the grace period of 7.05 pm.
What happen if my child falls sick in your Preschool?
The Centre will endeavour to ensure the safety of your child.
However, the Centre accepts no liabilities or responsibilities for any loss or damages caused during operating hours.
In the event of an accident/emergency, the Centre will try to contact the parents on the telephone to inform them about the child’s health.
If parents cannot be reached by phone, the Centre will be authorised by the parents through his/her signature on the Health Declaration Form to seek medical attention.
If your child has been diagnosed with an infectious disease, a letter of certification from a doctor is required. The letter must state that the child is fit to attend school and the infection is no longer contagious.
The Centre will not allow any child without medical certification to enter the Centre premises.
This is to prevent the transmission of disease.
